Memorial Day Get Together (31 May 2021)
Planning on chili / chili dogs. I don't have buns, if someone wants to stop and grab some on the way over, but I believe I have everything else. We'll have to end by about 9pm since its is a work night, but my door will be opened at 2pm.
I'll try to have a short Star Wars adventure ready, but if we don't have enough people we can just play board games.

Character Level and Chapter 4 Direction Notes
*** XP Award for planning and mass battle at Iego (20210529): 25 XP, morality reduced by five for the plan including Blue Shadow virus.
*** With the new award, your total XP should be 1850 (plus racial).
*** Please push towards completing your signature ability and specialization trees. Everyone should have rank five in their three key skills, and at least one skill at rank 2+ for each characteristic. Please also be trained in Charm and/or negotiation and/or deception. Force-sensitives should have spent at least 50 XP in their new unique force power (go ahead and assume a mentor bonus for the new power).
*** Currently, characters may not have a force rating, characteristic or skill over rank four except for their three key skills which may be at rank 5. Force-sensitives may spend up to fifty total XP in the powers of Bind, Enhance, Influence, Move and Sense, and may spend up to 75 XP in their unique force power. New specializations cannot be purchased yet.
*** Chapter three should end at about 3,000 XP. Please plan to have the following goals met by the time we reach 2,800 XP: Specializations complete except for the last dedication talent, key skills at rank 5, at least one other skill for each characteristic at rank 4 (one of which must be charm, deception or negotiation) and your signature ability complete. Force-sensitives should have also completed (or mostly completed) their unique power after I increase the limit on XP spent on the power. Per session XP awards will continue to be about 25 XP per session plus downtime bonuses and a chapter bonus at the end to bring us up to 2,800 (leaving room for preparing for the next chapter starting at 3,000 XP) when the Alliance the Restore the Republic (Rebel Alliance or Rebellion) officially forms; about 2 BBY. The heroes should have a plan to continue resisting the empire from the shadows by this point before more open war breaks out, including having fortified the Iego system while keeping it hidden from imperial interest, started rebel cells in other useful systems to use as backup bases, safe houses along and supply staging areas, and established themselves as a useful anti-imperial asset outside combat zones.
