 Continuation of the Only War campaign. Who can be there?

Also, seems like I may have failed to impart the kind of imperial-wide goal that everyone is supposed to have in the back of their mind; escape. In addition to keeping the ideals of the Imperium alive, and sometimes even pretending to care about it's citizens, everyone is supposed to be looking for opportunities to reestablish communication and travel outside the Gilead system. 

Contact outside the system has been cut off by an ever-present warp-rift; essentially, the whole Gilead system is in a bubble of real-space inside the warp... or maybe its just completely surrounded by the open warp... not sure there's a real difference between those two descriptions. 

In any case, one fleet, the house fleet of the rogue trader house, House Varonious, has made it through to the Gilead system, and that was about three years ago. Varonious fleets said that several other expeditions had been sent before his, but they were apparently lost.

Among other news, the fleet revealed that the Ultra Marines Primarch had been revived and had effectively taken over the Imperium, the Imperium had been split in two by the rift that had overtaken the Gilead system, and whispers that the returned primarch has allied with a new faction of aeldari. The varonius fleet had also brought fresh space marines, militarum troops and supplies, in addition to the might of his warships.

Varonius is one of the most influential people in the whole system at the moment
