27 November 2021 - Thanksgiving Weekend

 I know most of you planned to be with family, but I'm planning on smoking a pork belly, for anyone who is available. If everyone shows up, I'll run star wars, otherwise we'll have to think of something else to do... or just eat and talk.

   For Star Wars, you have one more potential source of resources to investigate. Undoubtedly, the Empire will have caught on that your (in)famous group of pirates is looking for resources, and will be more on guard. 

   You have successfully stolen five more mobile space docks that can easily be converted into factories for about a million credits and a month of labor from a large team (don't know if you have the credits, but you have the labor resources). You also stole two ground-based computer core factories, while require buildings to be set up in (don't remember the cost, but its relatively cheap), and eight ore-processors which are ready to go. While the mobile space docks can be used for assembly without loosing much of their production capacity, dedicated production facilities would be better. The end result is that you need one more production facility at a minimum if your retool one of the computer core factories, otherwise two more factories, seven-to-ten million credits in parts to convert the stations into factories, and more assembly facilities. The Pardoner can convert to a production facility while you have it, currently it is tooled for x-wing assembly and the manufacture of x-wing engine parts (it is silhouette 9, it has lots of room). With the liberated ore processors, you can improve capacity to providing raw materials for up to 5 silhouette seven vehicles per week (this is just metal ingots and other raw materials, not parts). You could convert a couple of the ore processors if you wanted, two ore processors remove one vehicle worth of materials produced per week. While the raw materials are bulky, their base value is 500,000 credits, but could be worth up to five times that as a combination of simple components, shaped armor plates and good negotiation.

   A couple questions that need to be answered in the near-term; 

(1) Are you going to steal more mobile space docks, you already own nearly as many as the empire has, and more than the rebellion has, or purchase lesser vehicles to take their place?
(2) Do you want to build standard Keldabes, or make a Mark II variant? (there are some semi-useful/broken rules for this)
(3) Do you want to plan to build other silhouette seven vehicles, or any smaller vehicles? Mark II Neutron-Stars, Arquitens and Gauntlets are possibly on the table, but not necessary.
(4) Answering these questions before or after the visit to Adumar will have story consequences (just minor). Custom engineering before visiting Adumar will require you to purchase resources that you might otherwise steal at Adumar, but might also be fun to show up in a new ship.

   What you know about Adumar: They have a dueling culture based on fighting with blast-swords and racing star fighters. They probably have a death-before-dishonor attitude common among the duelists. They are an imperial world, but the empire has a light touch in their system. The while system is crowded; racetracks and tourist traps take up the most prominent locations, but factories and ore/gass processing are also major concerns. While there are tons of small star fighter factories, along with their supporting parts factories, there are a few factories producing larger ships, notably two separate factory hives manufacturing Quasar-class carriers. Incom had moved many of its older ARC and Z-95 factories here, where they would be appreciated instead of retooling them. You current incom guests believe you might be able to talk some of them into moving to Iego, even re-tooling to help you, or just helping you get parts.

Juyo Berserker is not available yet, but you have to study it now to be able to take it later. (Extra XP for the slave-escape plan and my desire to get moving into the Rebellion Era that I plan to start at 3200 xp). Ronik is going to upgrade the crystal in his primary lightsaber. Remember Or'Lorn gets two upgrades.

You're currently parked at Turkana with dozens of rebel ships in orbit. Your continuing mission is to be good advisors to rebel command and assist in operations when it would make a good show. This is a "good will" mission. You brought your fang fighters and the Arquitens Ronik was obsessed over. You have your hangars-on, and remaining crew requirements are filled with droids.
